Can’t Thank Affine Analytics enough for giving me the opportunity to broaden my HR horizon. A walk down memory lane!
When I joined Affine, I never thought it would be such a long journey – this has truly been the best 4 years of my career.
The learnings and guidance I received has made me a much better data science practitioner since the day I walked through the doors. Today, I can proudly say that my knowledge base includes Advanced Machine Learning, NLP, Deep Learning with domain knowledge in Retail, Automobile, Oil and Gas and the Manufacturing Industries – all thanks to Affine Analytics.
In these 4 years, I’ve had the opportunity to work under the wings of some amazing mentors and collaborate with some talented colleagues, all the while, making quite a few friends for life. Sincere thanks to Manas Agrawal and Ashish Maheshwari for placing their trust in me and nurturing my capabilities.

A Blazing 4-year celebration!
Most people might consider their fourth-work-anniversary as a milestone for the substantial amount of time they’ve spent in that office. But to me personally, these four years have passed by in the blink of an eye.
Looking back at my choices then, I feel glad to have made the right decisions. Being part of team Affine Analytics brings me nothing but pride – the Management has a very effective system that creates an environment promoting teamwork and employee engagement.
Coming from a humble background into the city has genuinely helped me open my eyes to a broader perspective, giving me insight and the inspiration to work harder for my goals.
My four years in IT support has taught me much about the technical work. I was able to use this opportunity to learn and understand more about Networking, Servers & Cloud support.
I want to thank the Management and my Team for their continuous support and all my colleagues for their encouragement throughout these years.
I’m lucky to work in an office that combines all its efforts into creating innovative products that build brand value.

Today I complete four years at Affine, and what a ride it has been!
Back when I was looking for new opportunities, I ended up having a serendipitous chat with Shuddhashil Mullick, who was already in Affine. He spent the better part of that conversation raving about Affine, and finally convinced me to apply.
Looking back, that was one of the best professional decisions I have made. During the past four years I have grown professionally, found some great mentors, worked with outstanding peers, and forged lifelong friendships.
As I look forward to many more fruitful and enriching years with Affine, I want to give a big shoutout to Ashish Maheshwari for his constant guidance and support throughout this incredible journey!
17th July, 2017 – The day I started my first job!
I never thought it would be such an incredible journey at Affine Analytics. Considering the tremendous exposure and learning that has bestowed within this organization, I’m extremely grateful for the experience that forged in me an unshakable faith.
In these three years, I’ve had the opportunity of working with some great mentors & talented peers. I’ve also had the opportunity to nurture some lifelong friendships. From being a fresher right out of college, Affine Analytics helped me become a good Data Science practitioner with a zeal and passion for learning.
I look forward to many more years of working with the same dedication.

About six years ago, on July 21, 2014, I decided to move to Affine Analytics from my previous stint. For someone like me, who enjoys working with exuberant young people, being part of Affine Analytics always seemed like the right choice. Back then, Affine Analytics was still a startup with a handful of employees and a couple of big names to their client list. And I have witnessed the company grow into a known name in the Analytics field through the tireless efforts of some of the best minds I have worked with.
My journey here has been of great learning and growth
and it would not be complete without mentioning some of the people who helped me along the way – Abhishek Anand, Ashish Maheshwari and Vineet Kumar. Six years is a considerably long time, and even in situations of self-doubt, these three have never lost their faith and somehow always helped me pull through tough times! I cannot thank them enough, especially Ashish, who has been a pillar of support for me through thick and thin!
Years back, I took a plunge coming from a captive analytics background. I had very little idea about the world of ‘STARTUPS’ and ‘CONSULTING.’ However, a brief chat with Ashish Maheshwari in a Cafe Coffee Day was enough to make me take the chance; and boy, am I glad I did!
Affine Analytics has challenged me in ways I couldn’t have imagined. I can confidently say that I did more in my first two years at Affine, than my past seven!
I cannot overstate my learnings from Manas Agrawal, Vineet Kumar, and Abhishek Anand throughout these 5 years. Shout out to all our rookies – their zeal in the consulting sphere is inspiring and, at times, even intimidating! Priyankar Sengupta, Anuja Kokrady, Sourav Mazumdar, Bhawna Jain and KSHITIJ BANSAL you are all phenomenal colleagues, one could not have asked for better company, on and off work!
Last but certainly not least – my mentor for almost seven years now, Ashish Maheshwari has been a pillar of strength & support.

Having known Manas Agrawal and Abhishek Anand for the past 10 years, I became a part of Affine Analytics through a close friend who was a former employee. From the very first day, I could feel a difference in the atmosphere and the overall work culture. Affine Analytics feels more like a family with a seemingly flat hierarchy – may it be with regards to contacting the senior management or brainstorming with your freshers, relationships are simply more natural than anywhere else I’ve previously worked.
By valuing personal growth and providing flexibility to explore individual interests, Affine Analytics sets itself apart as a workplace that helps employees find their most comfortable shoes while taking up additional responsibilities as and when possible.

My professional journey started at Affine Analytics. The overall experience has been vibrant, with an atmosphere that augments self-learning. Affine has helped me grow with the industry requirements, enabling me broaden my skill sets, improving my learning trajectory in tools, technologies, business, and organizational pursuits, making me a better Data Science Practitioner every day.

I’m very excited to share with all of you the beginning of my new journey with Affine Analytics. Working with their Delivery team and the overall induction process was a cakewalk.
It’s always hard to find a place where you really fit in, especially, given the unprecedented times we are all in, Affine Analytics’ seamless virtual on-boarding experience added with their hospitality & warmth made me feel right at home – something I never imagined experiencing in the midst of this global crisis.
