SPIN AND WIN – TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Rules thereunder as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
  • We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate, amend or extend, modify, add or remove portions of these T&Cs or the Game, at any time without any prior written notice to You. 
  • By participating in this Game, all participant User(s) agree to be bound by these T&Cs, the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and other relevant documentation that are available on affine.ai including any modifications, alterations or updates that we make. 
  • Affine.ai reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant User that tampers or attempts to tamper with the Game or violates the T&Cs. Further, the employees of affine.ai and their family members, are not eligible to participate in the Game.
  • The terms of the Game, participation and prizes are as follows:

    Game: Spin & Win
    Prizes: Apple AirTags
  • Affine’s decision in selection of the winners shall be final.   
  • If Affine is unable to reach to you on the contact details shared by you, for a period of 15 days from the date of announcement of winners and/or you fail to claim your prize within such 15 days, the prizes, will be deemed to be unclaimed and Affine reserves the right to distribute the prize to other eligible Users. 
  • By participating in the Game, you consent to share your name on Affine.ai and other social media platforms for the announcement of the winners, if you are chosen as a winner.
  • You understand that we do not make any assurances as to the probability of winning the Apple AirTags and selection of the winners will be entirely up to Affine. 
  • We do not collect any participation fees from you for participating in the Game.
  • Your participation in the Game is entirely voluntary.
  • In the event of any queries relating to the Game, you may reach out to us through the ‘Contact Us’ section on the Affine’s website.
  • Disclaimer: All rights in the names, images contained in the marketing/promotional material are reserved with the respective intellectual property right owners. 
  • All rights with respect to selection of the winner shall vest with us and shall be done as per the procedure adopted in our sole discretion. Our decision in this regard will be final.
  • The User shall not damage or misuse of intellectual property rights belonging to us or any third party. All trademarks, trade names, logos, slogans, symbols etc being displayed on page are the exclusive property of Affine and cannot be copied or used by any third party for any purpose whatsoever and any unauthorized usage would amount to an “unlawful act” under the applicable law.
  • There is no cash alternative to the prize / benefits hereunder. Further, such benefits do not give any additional guarantee or warranty and are non- transferable.
  • Affine shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising due to participation by any person in the Game.
  • You hereby agree to indemnify and keep Affine harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by Affine as a consequence of (i) violation of terms of these T&Cs by You; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting due to wilful misconduct or negligence on Your part.
  • These T&Cs shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under these T&Cs.
